We lived in a flat run by Hutton Parker for three years. In this time, we were very impressed by the service we received. The office team are very friendly and always did their best to deal with any requests or issues immediately. Their contractors were extremely professional and respectful whenever in our property, in addition to being friendly. We've experienced several other lettings companies in Oxford and Hutton Parker are by far the best in terms of service: we only wish our current property was run by them!
We have rented a flat in Woodstock Road for 10 months of each of 4 years already and are very happy to be returning here again. Hutton Parker is a small family business, which maintains very friendly and helpful relations with tenants and landlords alike. Inspections are conducted in a very friendly way, with no intrusion at any other time, but prompt, supervised service from repairers when needed. The firm has a team of qualified repairers they can rely on. They also lend any additional good-quality household equipment we have needed from time to time.

I bought gorgeous flat at Cumnor Hill from Pink and Black. I strongly recommend their service. If you deal with Pink and Black make sure you liaise with Claire. She is absolutely brilliant. Very experienced on the market and provided to me professional advice for mortgage broker, solicitor and the whole set of boringness! My only issue was when we finalised the transaction they do not answer any single phone call or text I gave them. I have not had any experience with service providers and etc. and I needed an advice. Maybe I live in world with other people but not only sale targets .. Which is my problem and not company flaw... They did well throughout my purchase nevertheless. No minus points for their ignorance afterwards! :-)
